Economical and reliable, RKI Direct Connect series gas sensors are available for LEL, H2 Specific LEL, LEL IR, Oxygen, H2S, CO, CO2, and for a variety of toxic gases. The LEL, H2 Specific, Oxygen, H2S, CO2, and Carbon Monoxide explosion-proof sensors have flame arrestors and are approved for use in hazardous areas (Class 1, Div. 1 Groups B, C, D). Their flame arrestors utilize a patented coating that makes them water repellent. For non-hazardous atmospheres, a non-explosion proof version is available for oxygen, H2S, CO, and CO2.
Mount the sensors directly to controllers for a stand-alone system or mount to explosion proof junction boxes for remote detection. These sensors are designed to specifically interface with RKI Beacon 110, 200, and 410 controllers. The electrochemical type plug-in sensors deliver quick response, long life and high specificity. Plus, they can be easily replaced in the field without the need for tools. Optional features include stainless steel junction boxes for corrosive environments and splashguards for very wet environments.
