Geophysical logging, often known as wire line logging, can provide invaluable information about sub-surface conditions.
The Mount Sopris Matrix Data Logger with the MX winch provides the latest technology in downhole data acquisition equipment. To the well logging tool industry, matrix logging is revolutionary. It consists of a digital signal wave processor or DSP directly linked by the wireline through a pair of ultrafast high resolution convertors. Details are handled by the software providing flexibility. The system automatically identifies the logging tool protocol without the need for operator intervention. Our system comes with a 500 meter cable on the MX series winch. The MX Series winch is used with the borehole probes for positioning in the well. A 110 volt power supply is required for operation. Using the borehole logger, geophysical sensors can be placed in the formation providing higher resolution and accurate information over surface measurements.
