The RKI GX-2012 multigas detector is built with high quality microsensor technology making this mulltigas detector the smallest 5 sensor gas monitor with a pump! Lightweight, the RKI GX-2012 can monitor the usual confined space gases (LEL, O2, CO, H2S) and be equipped with an optional sensor for detecting methane % by volume. The RKI GX-2012 is the suggested replacement for the GX-2003.
The GX-2012 gas monitor, controlled by a microprocessor, continually self checks sensor operation, battery levels, flow rate, circuit, and calibration problems. Two power options are available, alkaline or Li-Ion rechargeable batteries. Run times are up to 15 hours with alkaline batteries and up to 10 hours with Li-Ion rechargeable. The large LCD backlit displays allows sensor readings to be viewed under any conditions. Calibrations can be performed automatically or individually in single calibration mode. The GX-2012 is also compatible with the economical SDM-2012 single channel calibration station.
Both traditional data logging and the new snap features come standard. Snap data logging allows users to record data at a specific time and on demand. Every GX-2012 comes with enough memory for up to 600 hours of data logging with alarm trends.
