The FirstCheck 4000 is the very first in a line of photoionization detector to combine multigas detection for the complete VOC and toxic gas detection. Detecting ranges from ppb up to 10,000 ppm with traditional multigas sensors for oxygen (O2), hydrogen sulphide (H2S), carbon monoxide (CO) and explosive gas (LEL) detection. Making FirstCheck the must have instrument for first responders and confined space entrants.

FirstCheck 4000's unique, highly sensitive photoionization detector (PID) enables the detection of many gases that are toxic at low ppb levels and are undetectable by other multigas instruments. Traditionally two to three instruments are needed to ensure workers safety now The FirstCheck 4000has it all covered in one handheld detector.

Ion Science's FirstCheck 4000 offers a rapid response enabling speedy assessment of a given situation or incident allowing the appropriate response to be initiated swiftly and smoothly.
