You will receive a response to your request within one hour of submission during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
When a rental request is submitted, the request is sent directly to our sales team for processing. A sales representative will contact the customer for payment and additional information, if needed. Once completed, the order moves to our warehouse for shipping.
Environmental Equipment & Supply ships all rentals priority overnight. Customers are required to return rentals overnight unless arranged otherwise. The rental period starts on the day that the customer receives the equipment and ends the day before EE&S receives the return.
