Clear-View™ Bailer Products

Millions upon millions of bailers thrown in landfills will still be a Poly or PVC Bailer for 100's or 1,000's of years. NO MORE! We are proud to announce that the BioBailer is truly the only "Eco Friendly" bailer available. Prior to this breakthrough development, of the BioBailer, Eco Friendly bailers simply did not exist. Now we can do what is right for generations to come and save money doing it. We also carry BioLiners™.

To make them biodegradable, BioBailers™ are made of PVC or HDPE with a small amount of an engineered additive Ecopure™. Since PVC has a higher specific density of 1.3, these bailers sink faster than HDPE bailers. Therefore weighting of PVC bailers is not necessary in most applications.

The tubing of this bailer is made from the same medical grade PVC resin used in the manufacturing of catheters, for treatment of medical patents. Clearview makes PVC bailers for petroleum recovery in wells. Hydrocarbon bailers can be used for product recovery from the top of wells (hydrocarbon) or from the bottom of wells (LNAPL). 

• Fast sink rate without additional weights - PVC naturally sinks in water, due to its specific gravity, relative to water.
• No weights to restrict flow of sample entering and exiting bailer.
• Easy pour top and bottom emptying device.
• PVC is very rigid, stays straight, never bending or distorting under normal care. (This is very important for the smaller diameter .45 inch and .70 inch bailers, which are carefully extruded for straightness).
• Material is clear, to assist in field sampling, that may require visual inspection of the sample taken. (Actually see the product sampled from ground water remediation wells and fuel tanks, for example).
• Tested and approved, by established legal environmental testing firm, for leaching, absorption and over all performance. Results came in with A+ ratings for areas tested. Tested under Methods 8260 & 8260B
• Specially Designed Tops: Allowing samples to be poured accurately, with little or no splashing.
• Specially Designed Bottoms: Large .65 inch opening allowing for large volumes of product to rapidly fill the bailer with minimal disturbance to the sample. Also speeds up sampling and or purge time, thus saving money.

The tubing, tops, and bottoms of this bailer are made from virgin high density polyethylene.
